jejusonest Ltd (“we”, “us”) primarily offers digital travel content. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Digital content
- Cooling‑off period: If you purchase a downloadable guide directly from us, you may cancel within 14 days unless you have started the download/stream. Once download begins, you acknowledge the right to cancel may be lost under consumer laws that apply.
- Faulty or misdescribed files: If a file is corrupted or substantially not as described, contact us within 14 days. We will repair, replace, or refund.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you accidentally paid twice or were charged in error, email us within 30 days. We will verify and refund the duplicate amount.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, unless required by your local consumer law.
- Issues caused by incompatible devices or third‑party software outside our control.
How to request a refund

- Include your name, purchase email, order reference, purchase date, and a brief explanation or screenshots.
- Do not send card numbers or sensitive banking details by email.
Method, currency, and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval (bank times vary).
- Transactions are processed in GBP. We refund the GBP amount originally paid; your bank’s exchange rates and fees may apply.
Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscriptions. If we introduce them later, the terms and cancellation rules will be published on this page before launch.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first—most issues are resolved quickly. You may also contact your card issuer according to their rules.
